Welcome to Frithwood School
On behalf of the staff, Governing Board and children I would like to welcome you to Frithwood Primary School.
Frithwood Primary School is set in the heart of Northwood in the London Borough of Hillingdon. Our two form entry school with Nursery provision has beautiful leafy grounds with considerable outdoor space and well-resourced play areas. We are a thoroughly Good school with a drive to be Outstanding.
The Frithwood children are valued, confident and enthusiastic learners who enjoy coming to school. They are well behaved, courteous and polite and they show these qualities in their learning, behaviour, friendships and play.

Year 6 Trip – Hillingdon Junior Citizenship Scheme
Dear Parents & Carers,
We have organised for the Year 6 children to take part in this year’s Hillingdon Junior Citizenship Scheme on Wednesday 21st January, which will involve a coach journey to Brunel University.
We ask for a voluntary contribution of £5.00 to cover the cost of the trip. This can be paid via ParentPay.
Please also use ParentPay to indicate that you give permission for your child to attend and whether you are able to help on the day.
At present, only 30 out of 55 children have permission to attend and we have not yet received any offers of parent support. Unfortunately, without additional permissions, contributions or adult helpers the trip may need to be cancelled.
We will review the situation at the end of the school day. If the decision is made to cancel the trip any payments made will be refunded in full.
We would greatly appreciate your prompt response to ensure this valuable opportunity can go ahead.

If you have a child born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022, you must apply for your child to start primary school in September 2026 by TODAY - Thursday 15 January 2026.
