Frithwood Primary School is a co-educational community school located in the north of the London Borough of Hillingdon. We currently have 435 children on roll and all classes are taught in single aged year groups.

There are three stages of education in school:

  • Early Years Foundation Stage for children aged 3-5 years old.
  • Key Stage One for children aged 5-7 years old.
  • Key Stage Two for children aged 7-11 years old.

The children benefit from working in bright, cheerful, well resourced classrooms with interactive whiteboards. All children have access to a well equipped ICT suite in which all the children can access the IT curriculum on a weekly basis.  We also have a large hall for a range of activities, including PE, Singing, Dance, Drama, Assemblies and end of term performances.

Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children have separate playgrounds, with an enclosed play area for Early Years Foundation Stage children.  Both playgrounds are well equipped with a variety of play equipment including a traversing wall in the Key Stage 2 playground. We have a spacious playing field and other outdoor areas, including a nature trail, a large decked area, quiet area and a kitchen garden.
